Ron Cox, Executive Director of MATV, Malden’s Media Center, greeted a crowd with several language translations of “Welcome” and set the stage for the Arts & Culture Summit as “an opportunity to bring people together, focus on building and nurturing arts and culture in our city, and creating change through our civic involvement.”
