About the Candidates:
Lisette Alvarado
“I grew up in a diverse, working class factory town right outside Chicago’s west side. I’m a Latina that learned from my hardworking parents that consistency, perseverance, and grit are the combination to reach your dreams. I have dedicated my entire professional life to public service, working in government and with constituents. I have worked in the U.S. Senate for Barack Obama, and at the White House during the Obama administration. Meeting with constituents has always been my top priority as a staffer on the Hill and in the White House.” Read more.
Mayor Gary Christenson
