Humans of Malden Exhibition (reprise)

A multi-media exhibition and gathering
that profiles
the daily lives, memories, reflections and experiences
of people from all across Malden.

With new works by guest photographer Susan Margot Ecker

ON VIEW: January 29 through April 2025

ART SALON: Thursday, February 27 – 6 to 8pm

A multi-faceted art salon will explore the “Humans of Malden” project through
music, poetry, media, and storytelling.

This multi-faceted gathering allows visitors to be inspired by the variety and richness of the Malden community through a display of photos, videos, and a celebration of stories through poetry, music, and discussion.

The original Humans of Malden exhibition was curated by

Taylor Lee, Madiha Gomaa, Gillian Hodgden,
Max Zlochiver, and Simin (Sylvia) Xu

The reprise features new works by guest photographer Susan Margot Ecker as well as digital stories and videos created by members of the community.

All are welcome to attend, though seating is limited and an RSVP is recommended.

This event is supported in part by the Malden Cultural Council, a local agency of the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
