Podcasting Primer for UMA Members

Part two of a hands-on workshop will cover recording and using the podcast suite at UMA, audio editing and the basics of distribution. Participants will have the experience of recording a short podcast and uploading it to a real podcast platform. This action-based approach will give participants a taste of what podcasting involves.

• Session 1: Monday  October 24, 6- 7:30pm. Planning and script for first episode.
• Session 2: Wednesday, October 26, 6 – 7:30pm. Recording, editing, and publicizing podcast.

Participants are asked to commit to both sessions and will receive a certificate of completion  and a surprise reward at the end of the second session.
