Interested in creative expression but don’t know where to start? It’s time to get your innermost thoughts, wackiest ideas, and strongest opinions off your chest and into a journal. Whether you are totally new to journaling or experienced and looking for the inspiration to take it to the next level, this workshop is for you!

In this workshop, you will learn the joy of journaling and become inspired to write by yourself, for yourself, as a gift to yourself! Local author Jason M. Rubin has journaled throughout his life and will guide you in getting started with this unplugged, low-tech, yet highly rewarding form of personal communication. You’ll also have an opportunity to write your own journal entry.

We recommend bringing a beautiful blank journal that you enjoy looking at to the workshop, if possible, along with a pen or pencil.  (If that presents a hardship, a spiral bound notebook will do).
